Held inside the sacred atmosphere of caves and cenotes, this experience offers a rare opportunity to slow down and listen — not only to sound, but to yourself.

Every sound is created by hand, breath, and movement — no electricity needed. Chants and ícaros are layered intuitively, responding to the energy of the group and the space itself.

RECOMMENDATIONS
We recommend a minimum duration of 45 minutes for a complete and immersive experience, allowing your body and mind to settle into a meditative state. Shorter sessions are possible, though we do not recommend less than 20 minutes.
Please dress with comfortable clothes, light colors (not black).
Avoid alcohol or heavy food the day before and the day of the healing.
Let us know if you suffer from any illness, allergies, or have any medical condition.
We suggest receiving the experience in an open-air or natural setting whenever possible. We can reach any location in Riviera Maya; transfer fees apply outside Playa del Carmen.
