An interactive and hands-on experience where guests discover the traditional journey of cacao, from the raw bean to delicious handmade chocolate.
They learn through a dynamic workshop where they work directly with the cacao beans and take part in every step of the process.
The experience
The experience includes
- Learning about the cacao bean and its traditional preparation
- Peeling and preparing the cacao beans by hand
- Grinding cacao traditionally on a metate
- Grinding cacao using a traditional mill
- Creating handmade chocolate bites with their own prepared cacao
- Tasting and experimenting with different natural ingredients
