Team integration with the four elements

Our team building is an integration activity for teams. We work with the four elements, earth, water, fire and air, and with techniques from the Mexican tradition we create activities of union.

People who work together every day arrive already carrying their places: who speaks first, who waits, who signs. A circle has no head of the table. For as long as the activity lasts, everyone does the same thing at the same time, with their hands, in the same order.

It also asks very little. Nothing has to be learned beforehand, there is no fitness level to clear and no equipment to hire. Much of what the group does is simply copied: a guide makes a gesture, and the circle makes it after her.

With your birthdate we can find out your Mayan sign, your kin, which determines your energy and mission in life. There are 260 in total, divided into 4 main families, each one with a different colour.

If the group shares their birthdates, we find the kin of each person and divide the team into the 4 families, by affinity. Then we create an activity for each family, depending on its energy, to integrate and discover more about themselves.

The best option is to bring the group to a private cenote and in this way also connect with nature, but with pleasure we can share these activities in your preferred hotel.

A real group

A morning of integration on the Ruta de los Cenotes

A group gathered in a wide circle around a woven textile laid out on the floor. The cacao with honey and other seeds went round, passed from hand to hand, and later the whole circle knelt with their hands on the ground, giving seeds back to the earth.
